About
BIO
Anja Slusarzick-Seibt is a certified professional (CP) and an Architect AIBC who helps clients to create their construction projects by working with them directly and together.
She provides clarity about building code questions, reviews and reports. Where the intended design does not meet the VBBL or BCBC requirements there might be a possible alternative solution to meet the obligation.
Her local construction knowledge from working in Lower Mainland for 15 years and her German technical education as a graduate engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) from the Technical University of Berlin serves her well to be efficient and effective.

- Pre-design services such as site analysis/utilization and zonings review
- Full architectural services including renovations, tenant improvements and new construction for small to medium size projects
- Building code consulting along with preparing BCBC/ VBBL review and reports and building code alternative solutions
- Certified professional program as an alternate to the traditional building permit process in authority having jurisdiction such as
